1.1 Overview
The online dust concentration monitoring system CS-FM1000 is an instrument system device for continuous monitoring of dust emissions, with real-time alarm function, meeting the monitoring needs of enterprises for workshop dust concentration. This scheme provides the following design description for enterprises without monitoring systems.
1.2 Applicable occasions
This product also has Mining Safety Certification (MA), which is suitable for harsh environments such as coal mines, as well as metal and non-metal mines with explosive gas (dust) hazards; At present, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, workplaces with explosive conditions must implement continuous monitoring of dust concentration and total dust.

2. Introduction to the Configuration of Online Dust Concentration Monitoring System
The online dust concentration monitoring system CS-FM1001 consists of dust concentration sensors, instruments, alarms, and power boxes, which realize online detection and real-time alarm of dust concentration in the workshop. Enterprises can grasp the dust concentration in the workshop in real time.

2.1.1 Application of Dust Concentration Sensor
The total dust concentration is directly measured using the principle of light scattering, and the measurement data is displayed on site. At the same time, the frequency and RS485 (either signal can be selected) that are compatible with the safety monitoring system are output for processing by the monitoring system. It is a fixed monitoring instrument installed in the workplace. This sensor can be connected to a security monitoring system or used separately with a power source. The sensor consists of a sampling head, a detection device, a microcontroller system, and an exhaust system. Suitable for continuous monitoring of total dust concentration in the atmosphere of dust workplaces such as mines, cement plants, power plants, coal mines, construction sites, and research institutes. Can accurately and timely reflect the pollution status of dust in the workplace.
2.1.2 Technical characteristics of dust concentration sensor
1) The rated working current is small, greatly reducing the burden on the on-site power supply;

5) By using infrared remote control to calibrate the parameters of the sensor, it is possible to adjust without opening the cover, making calibration easier;
6) Real time and accurate understanding of the dust concentration on site, as well as 200-1000Hz or RS485 signals, or the ability to output 0-5V, 4-20mA current, detect changes in dust concentration trends, achieve long-distance transmission, and can also be connected to various standard 200-1000Hz input secondary instruments.
